We listen closely to our clients to understand their acquisition criteria and together we create an action plan to effectively approach companies of interest.

2. RESEARCH

Our proprietary research method supported with AI enabled SaaS services, managed by our senior level research team, helps us to find exact businesses that match our clients’ specific interests.

3. OUTREACH

We identify business owners and contact them by mail, phone, email, and social media. We communicate that the inquiry is from a real company with strategic interest and applicable industry experience.

4. QUALIFY

We confirm with the business owner that their business meets our criteria to make sure we do not waste anyone’s time. We ensure that the opportunity fits our clients’ acquisition criteria.

5. INTRODUCE

As quickly as possible we facilitate introductory calls and site visits to establish relationships and expedite the M&A process.

6. REPORTING

Weekly progress reports are sent to our client containing pertinent business information and action items.

7. INFORMATION GATHERING

We coordinate confidentiality agreements and preliminary due diligence to enable our clients to prepare a Letter of Intent and Purchase Agreements.
